Hope you had a Merry One too. The New Year is full of fast changes for me. It appears that I am suddenly thrust into a long distance relationship and have been busy these past days making arrangements for Mr. Wonderful to relocate to a sunnier location, demographically more suited to him fulfilling his true income potential. It's called survival. I am invited to go along,but staying in Fairhope and continuing with my own personal objectives. How mature of me! And my rage management is so very under control too.
Shocked, yes. Relieved, perhaps? Ready to handle things on my own again, fur shur.
I was informed of the early flight arrangements on Dec. 26th and we all had a good time for the holiday with Anna and her 3 children and her new man who is visiting from Cali - that's what they are calling California these days.
I am still carrying your info along with me when I feel the whimsy I am going to call. Probably when you least expect it. Anyway the way technology is going we will be able to see and speak on our computers very inexpensively soon enough.
I was talking to a friend last night and he said he was on his web cam proving to some cyberchick that he did not have a pot belly. She wanted to survey the goods before cyberdating. I had a laugh on that one and asked him if he was not concerned that she was beaming this out over a satilite, or compiling a video montage of men's abdomen's as a hobby for future financial gain in the fetish market.
Another topic, did you hear about the recent confirmation of Einstein's theory, Speed of Gravity = Speed of Light ? This according to astronomers Edward B. Fomalout of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory and Sergei Kopeikin of the University of Missouri who took advantage of a rare planetary alignment to measure one of the fundamental forces of nature.
They measured the amount that light from a distant star was deflected by the gravity of Jupiter as the planet passed in front of the star.They used 10 radio telescopes around the Earth from Hawaii to Germany to precisely measure how light from a quasar was bent as it passed by Jupiter on its way to the Earth. Jupiter is in the precise position for such a measurement only once a decade. Please add this to the annals of intelligencia. To verify check with the American Astronomical Association. But it must be big news over in the UK too. Can you E=mage?

it's good to know that gravity only travels at light speed.

unfortunately, it will be impossible for you to see me by computer (unless you look at my page http://www.xyroth-enterprises.co.uk/xyrphoto.htm which has a couple of shots on it) as I don't use a webcam.

do feel free to call, but remember the time difference!!! the landline number is still best, as the mobile isn't on that often, only when the landline is not available.

Thanks for the link, I have bookmarked it and whenever I need my faithful mage, I will flash to you. I would like to do some photoshop editing and get the distracting elements of the pictue out of it. If I manage to do so I will email you a copy.
things are moving rapidly around here and I may be off the air at the homesite in Fairhope but I will check in from school which I start on Wednesday. My friend is off to trip the light fantastic tomorrow. I am on my own again, perhaps the way it should have always been.

Dearest Xyroth,
Hi! Christmas was an Ephiphany. A lot of changes have gone down. I was informed that Mr. Wonderful was leaving for Miami on Dec. 26th, I was invited to go along. So much for true love. I am still in Fairhope. I had to take care of unfinished court business and school of course. The court case went down last Friday. It was traumatic and I am appealing it to Montgomery. Joe Dirt got the house in Fairhope.
Perspective is that the good old boy system stuck together but I was amazed that people could just get up on the stand under oath and not only lie, but completely fabricate stories. Liars take the most liberty there and Richard Horne, Joe's childhood neighbor told the biggest tales. They were all very surprized that I showed up at all. My liar says that the legal facts of the case are in my favor and that Montgomery will only look at them on the appeal. They will be amazed again that I am going to actually appeal. It would not have mattered if I had a case prepared, etc., which I did not. I hired the liar the morning of the trial. I will still be out about $10,0000 when all is said and done. But I will not back down. I really should wriote a book. I laugh at the shows My life is sitcom shows on TV here in the US, I don't watch them I just know I could top them.

Sorry to hear about how the case is going.

If you are planning to appeal, then make sure you take copious notes. also try and get a copy of the transcripts of the case, and look for the lies and try and find enough proof to discredit the person lying.

copious notes will also help with the book if you deside to write it.
