I've *not* been ignoring you, dahlink. You know how that gmail chat thingy works... no warning that there's a voice coming out of the darkness. And since I now have this shiney, new, high-speed cable technology in my spaceship I just leave it running and online unless I'm leaving the house for hours or am having a thunderboomer. For some reason you don't seem to find it necessary to sit there, glued to your gmail, waiting for me to return to the puter and *see* you. Humph. I feel sooooooooo unloved.

I did just recently install a working version of MSN messenger if you have that one. You can find me there through brittamog at hotmail dot com. It gives me one of those lovely little windowlets to let me know someone's knocking. And on skype you'll find me as BrittaMoG. That'll ring and startle the petootie out of me.

Anyway, all is well here. Hot, gorgeous days, perfect for frozen cocktails and sunsets on the beach. Now I can catch the sunrise over the bay as well as the sunset over the gulf. Wooooohoooooo!

Surgery this afternoon, am looking forward to being done with that part of it and getting an actual diagnosis so I know if I need to proceed further. In any case, I've decided that since I'm supposed to be learning Patience this year, even if I *do* have to become entangled in the Medical System I'm going to use the experience as a tool towards developing patience without having my head explode daily.
