h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi.
I previously posted the MuG on an idea for an entry on Free, as they're not profiled in the guide. Was looking for some people who might be willing to contribute to the entry. I would like to make it a collaborative one.

That's ok. I'm sure I could use a hand editing the entry once its all up-together though!

Well, anything I can help with (apart from actually knowing anything about them, of course), just let me know

I know a bit about them, nothing in too much detail, but I'd love to put them in their rightful place.

So, shall I post in an entry what i've already drafted- theres not much yet, or do you want to chuck some ideas and info around here, and we'll put them in the entry? I dunno, what do you think's best? or do we wait for more volunteers?

I've found the best thing in collaborative entries is to draft a 'skeleton' entry with headers and so on and let people add to this thread paragraphs for inclusion. Make sure you cross your fingers and hope for the best, as you may find you are doing most of the work yourself

I'm still available to help, if you want me to create the skeleton and edit each section as it's ready - up to you

Right. I'll find what I've already drafted and put it in an entry, and then I guess we can work from there. I was kind of hoping for a less formal way of working, but seeing as there's not many of us, I can't really see that happening! I might scout round some other HooToo members who might be interested-maybe they haven't checked out the MuG yet.
