The Ozzard of Wiz
The Ozzard is, when all is said and done, just another bloke. He was born in 1968, and is just starting his mid-life crisis as he writes this. He's married, has no children, and never wants to hear from any Middlesex estate agents after living for too long1 in London.
The Ozzard has a number of haunts:
- UglyMUG, a very old and cobwebbed multi-user game from the days before the World Wide Web existed. The Ozzard founded this game, and still logs on from time to time to berate people, cause strange effects to happen and mutter incoherently into his beard.
- His own vanity-publishing Web site, where he complains vigorously about the Web being driven by vanity and greed.
- SourceForge, where the Ozzard tries to keep up with developments in open source software. On the whole, the developments are winning, although this could be because the Ozzard's paunch slows him down somewhat these days.
