Depends. If like me you use Brunel, you will see 'MY JOURNAL' as a heading under the sections headed 'MY CONVERSATIONS' and 'MY MESSAGES'
The first thing below 'MY JOURNAL' is a blue clickable phrase 'Add a journal entry'
I'm surprised you're asking. Your identity looks as though it's new but I know someone here of that name for a long time
