as you are biting
strength or weakness?
I quite like it as a trait, I like to have others that mitigate the inflexiabilty that it can have, in my traits I like to have it as one

Well now you are biting [smiles]
You ask, "strength or weakness?"
Well, not to be a smart donkey, but I truly believe that any strong trait in a person is both... a strength and a weakness!
If I don't give up, that could be good.
But if I don't give up when I should, that has been bad. [smiles]

Then there is my Laziness.
It has been said that Laziness in the Mother of invention.
I sense that this trait is connected to my creative abilities.
On the other hand, I have lots of housework to do, but that can wait 'till heck freezes over. [smiles]

I quite like the idea of being a smart donkey
but hey not wearing the outfit, I still prefer my one
whole 'nother story
The misquote there with the inventiveness thing, mmm,I like it
*thinks*
but still, no nothing is that easy, on the whole I think

Perhaps words are powerful.
But look at all the words we have for communication: Channel, contact, didacticism, discourse, discussion, exhortation, expression, intercourse, message, persuasion, signal, et al.
What is said without words is indeed powerful.
In Art, the void is powerful, more than to give strength to a line, color, or shape.

So it seems that Plato is the source of the idea that necessity is the mother of invention.
As that must have been translated from the Greek [and interrupted for Plato’s time], I wonder how accurately the word “necessity” was really translated. The sage must have known that being “forced” to do something can subvert the creative juices. So what motivation is best to stimulate invention?
What better motivation could there be than to desire to get more with less work, or in other parlance, that common trait of laziness. If you say industriousness, I suggest such a trait would have a person work more to get more. Inventiveness requires a desire to find a better way to get the same reward.
As with all other traits, this is not a black and white issue. The laziness must be accompanied by some form of industriousness. A willingness to work hard for a short time in exchange for less work in the future, what some would call laziness, can cause us to invent. Trying to get out of doing too much work is great motivator to invent.
As to my “misquote,” I have the habit of being inventive, but I am lazy about that process. Therefore I am lazy in the mother of invention. [smiles] She likes it that way, she being one not to want to rush such things. Stamina is another trait that helps.

You do have a case there, we invent things to make our live easier
but we also invent a lot to make things possible, not all these things are strictly necessary I s'pose
hmmm I will have to think that through more

I like what you are.
You make me smile or sometimes think.
I know you like thinking.
I do not want to always be too heavy though.
There is a time to think and a time to smile.

PEANUT !
Hate to tell you this, but you do NOT really know what they are [or were] thinking.
The general problem with blogs is that these things are so easy to misread.
There just are not enough words to express the real feelings.
It is then normal to assume from a few words what the writer was thinking.
Nevertheless, whatever they thought or wrote, they could have been more considerate.
You are still a good person, heck, you may even be a great person!
I hope I get to know you better so that I can say which.
Just take that broken heart and let it move you when you feel like moving.

Hey friend with small 'f'
thank you I know I am not a bad person, heck, that is even terminolgy I steer clear off, how terribly PC
still there a lot of good people here, and I think a lot of them, or while they shouldn't validate who I am, sometimes I find it difficult
I don't get stuff, I ask for clarification, I keep trying to communicate, so we can find out where things break down or go wrong, have you noticed how I gone on and on
should let go, or be a better judge of when to, I seem to cross the line quite a bit here
Glastonbury, Somerset uk, up the road from here on the A39, the festival though is not in Glastonbury, near it Pilton
what do you want know, we are practically local

Right I am happier now, and you had a part to play in that thank you
still, can I just ask with the, how British thing, hmmm, kind of sensitive about that and you say it a bit, hmm what do you mean, out of interest?
and also I don't consider myself British
*thinks* queueing is something that you could say but most other thing would make me and probably other people of Uk origins here think
