And check out my last journal entry. I didn't open the letter until the evening, as I thought it only needed filing.
Rushed off to the mirror to check for sagging bits.
How long before you find me here? (Sore head permitting!)

Yes thanks. So much so that I am going to attempt to drive again.
Problems here warrant me going for my lunch now, unfortunately.
So I need to nip out for a while. maybe half an hour or so. Sorry to leave like this. on later?

Yet another M&S sandwich lunch.
No canteen here outwith Mon. to Fri. prime shift (8-4)
So we have to bring in most of our stuff. But due to everything, i
couldn't be bothered.
Just under 2 hours to go.
All quiet in the house atm?

Not so grumpy now then.
House never quiet with Sunshine in it!
I've finally cleared out a gutter (which I meant to do before the survey) leaking for about a year. I found a tennis ball blocking it. I rounded up the usual suspects, shone lights in eyes etc, but both are going for the "Who, me? Why would I want to throw a ball on the roof and watch it roll down?" defence. Much laughter, especially when the cat joined me up the ladder and sat on my feet. He likes to be as close to me as he possibly can at all times, even if this means several feet up in the air.
Still, saved me getting an expensive man in to clear it.

I'm still knackered though. J has just been on the phone and said I have to just sit out in the sunshine when I get home.
Well, at least the sun is shining

at thought of geting an expensive man in. The ladder would be optional of course but well worth a bonus payment
Been lurking round Lil's.
Enjoy the sun and have a snooze. Off now to check mail, short one for you sent yesterday.
Cat now next to keyboard.

Well, i just missed you there.
No doubt you will be on later this evening or first thing tomorrow, so I shall leave this little note for you.
I am off tomorrow and Tuesday, so i will have a chance to catch up on all my emails etc.
You should recieve one tomorrow, since I am soooo lazy and haven't sent one today. Sorry.
You enjoy the rest of the day, and have a god day tomorrow.

btw, on my 'who's online' screen, you are right above me and have been all day, even when you log off and back on, there you appear above me again. Cool or what?

*writes on small pink 'post it' note*
"Battersea Power station is derelict and falling down! The Tate Modern is in another one, but point taken."
*doodles a happy at the end, and sticks the note on the computer screen*

*leaves a perpetually freshly brewed cup of tea and some chocolate digestives. Cold flannels in the fridge over there if needed.*
