We had a really nice time.
Showed him the sights and we got sandblasted
Watching him leave was ... painful.

Glad to hear you had a nice time. Sandblasted? Must have been windy!
Leaving is always painful.
Whatever the reason. I should know

It was windy.
But we had a lovely walk before the storm hit - it rained for over 12 hours!
Still waiting for my pics!
What do I do with the cd when I *do* get it?
CD-ROM drive, zip the pics & then email?
Is it that simple?

I assume so. Haven't tried it myself. Where are you posting them?
Should be fairly simple. Open up your zip prog and select from the cd, those you wish to send. You might want to split them up into bundles of 5 or so so that emails aren't too big.
I am sure there are plenty of us to help you should you get stuck.
I will be about for a bit tomorrow.

You will be about for a bit of what?
Oh, the trial, yes, I forgot....
*hopes he doesn't check my message centre for all the invitations she's been giving out*
Well, it's not often I get the chance to become a TV star!
You *did* know the trial is being televised to amuse the inhabitants of the next Big Brother house, didn't you?
Do you know if you can volunteer for that programme?
And better still, can you choose who you want to be locked up with?

A bit of posting here on h2g2
Girl, you go for it! get that contract to host the next big gameshow and then fame and fortune. People will flock to your door, wanting your autograph and more
As to being a contestant on BB, well I think they hold try outs for it, as to being able to pick who you go in the house with, Don't think so some how Tho if you persuade them that they will definately get the full business this time round, as opposed to the last two times, then it may be a definate goer

I'm ok.
I think.
Had a really long day.
I would love to stay here and chat but my son finally fell asleep so I must go to bed.
He will be up before the birds again, just because it's Sunday.
You are one of the nicest guys I know

Had a rough couple of days.
Now I can't even access my email account even though my son tried to cure whatever the problem is.
h2g2 is running so slow I can't load my MP pages, so I am accessing my friends pages and looking for my threads.
I really need to treat myself to a new pc.
I was going to get a tv next month, but I think the pc is more important. I am here a lot more than I watch tv, that's for sure.
As soon as I can access my email I will reply to your letter, honey.
p.s. Look who's joined h2g2

I hope she realizes she has messages when she next logs in, but she ain't daft.
Not staying long tonight, today has been pretty stressful.
Think I'll watch Big Brother then go to bed

I did, thanks
I see you've changed your name again, who is the good Captain?
Anyone I know?
Do you want any more of my pics?
My last day of freedom - my son breaks up today until the 6th Sept.
I may get online but not for long, he tends to play up more when I am trying to do something that doesn't involve him.
Going into Grimsby today, shopping
Cyu later
