Should Mel Gibson be extradited to the UK for treason?

This is the first chance I've got to ask this question to an american, but films suchs as the patriot and braveheart (both anti english) are racist! I think there are definate grounds for locking him up in the Tower of London.
Did you see that email going around about the presidential race, and the Queen resuming duties as head of state of uthe usa?

Hmmm...
Well, since I'm empahticly (sp? too lazy to check) anti-Gibson, his extradition wouldn't bother me. I don't think his movies are anti-english as much as... hm. Excessivly... hm. You may have a point, although I think you're giving him too much credit in the Grey Matter Dept., since "racist" implies that he's give the subject some thought. I think his "people" must do his thinking for him.
Alas, yes, I have in fact read the missive from the Queen to the US. Since my family lives in Florida (the state creating all the fuss) I've forwarded it a few times as well. Very amusing.
On another note, what prompted this Gibson tirade? Just watched The Patriot, have you? (Don't be so sensitive. As my satellite dish provides me with 24 hour access to the BBC, I know that British media think of us Yanks! Hmmmmm. All in fun, I'm sure you'll agree.)
