ROCKS LIKE ELVIS !
You gotta see it. It's paractically a frame by frame version of the comic book. Bruce Willis as John Hartigan is perfect, and his partner is played by Micheal Madsen. Perfect casting. As for the ladies..... It's shot in Noir black and white with 'shot colour' were applicable. The hookers are in black and white, but with red lipstick. Bullet victims bleed red, that kind of thing- It's exactly like the graphic. Yellow Bastard is all yellow throughout. The only fly in the ointment is Marv; He's played by micky rourke, who really doesn't have the size, the bulk or fill-the-room prescence you'd expect.
