Hi Editors!

I noticed that Bearevan received a Ripley Field Researcher badge today because his Entry on Plato contributed to two of the Entries in my University Project.

I'm excited to get my badge too smiley - biggrin Does it take longer because my badges are in Pliny now?

The uni project was a challenge, but it was good for me to look at a subject in more detail and write a longer piece of work, and Gnomon's assistance was great, too. smiley - biggrin

Thank you! smiley - ok

Hi Sasha, sorry for this oversight. Your badge will be with you as soon as possible.

And congratulations! The project is one of the best I've seen recently. I hope it gets lots of readers.

Hi again

Your badge has been awarded. smiley - magic

We have an intractable bug with the Brunel skin, which has been a problem since time began - but to cut a long story short, your badges show up in the Ripley skins/Alabaster/Goo but not in Brunel.

Your nice new, tasteful, badge also shows in in Pliny.

tis me again

I was wondering how many Flea Market Rescues you've made for us? If you're up to five or more, we can award you the Scavenger badge too.

The Rickenbacker Guitar one is ready to roll this weekend. I'm being lazy and not going through your list of latest EGEs, as I am sure you'll be quicker and more accurate than me in letting me know if you're eligible.

I had a feeling that you'd been busy rescuing forgotten things. Congratulations in advance - you found some gems worth spending time digging out of the back catalogue.

Thanks for the rescues, I know the old BBC italics were always really happy when something finally got published, and the volunteer GEs share this sentiment too. smiley - applausesmiley - bubbly

smiley - ok Yep - I have had a good rummage through the Flea Market this year.

smiley - biggrin I was pleased to be able to rescue the Entries - it is very satisfying to work on something that didn't quite make it through Peer Review first time and see it Edited at last. It introduced me to topics I wouldn't have thought of researching myself, too, so it is a very interesting and educational process smiley - biggrin
