I would love to contact you off-line in regard to some of the ideas presented in "Hellman's Anachronism," particularly the motto "The Present is Always With Us."
My comic HIP FLASK involves an organization not unlike the Time Police you suggest in your posting and I would like your permission to use "The Present is Always With Us" as their motto.
