I'm not on hear that much these days. will make the effort and go and read your journal though.

I know what mean about counselling (sp?) the troubled. I tend to do that a lot. It's almost a comfort as it can distract you from problems of yur own.

I remember you helped me when I was *very* upset earlier this year.

But then, not to downplay anything, you were someone I actually *could* help...

Sometimes I think I know far too many suicidal people for my own good...

True. All you can do is your best. Can't help everyone, and if it's detrimental to you, you need to put yourself first.

If it's causing you a lot of pain or whatever then perhaps it's time to put yourself first. Or try and delegate in some way. Life hard as is, without adopting the problems of everyone else. We all want to help others, but sometimes, it can't be done.

Erm, good. New job which is working out well. Took Pharmacopia out the other night from h2g2. Which was fun.
