I'd say you're fairly safe smiley - ok from me at least, especially since your 1/2 a world away!

You're alergic to COLD? thats a new one on mesmiley - erm You must hate winters! I think your on the same latitude as me (more or less), but being on an Island you must get even colder smiley - blue

I've actually been to Spokane, Washington...beautiful place (at least it was in '88, when I was there smiley - winkeye)
How long has your friend been there? I know it takes like 5yrs to become a citizen, but I thought green cards were easy to get, as long as you can prove your working (My friend married a girl from Canada, and she's STILL not a citizensmiley - erm)
Never been to Illinois myself, I tend to coastal areas

I think your page looks good smiley - ok, if you don't tell anyone(elsesmiley - winkeye) that you don't know Guide and they'll never know smiley - biggrin

I have allergy for....
pollen (hay fever)
house dust as well as polluted air
ticks
nylon or something chemical fibre (so even I make up I have a problem with cheek brush, tips, blah blah)
Strong smell like perfume (though I put perfume time to time)
chilly air (imagine, when you go skiing, your nose will turn into red. It's like that. so when it's winter, whenever I wake up or go outside, the fist thing I do is to sneeze, ATCHOOOO) smiley - blue

My friend's been there over 10 years I suppose.
She got MA here in Japan, then worked and kept studying English, then go to the graduate course of Arizona University and got another MA, then worked some scools or college as a part-time lecturer/teacher, then finally she's become full time college lecturer, and got Green Card!! She's such a smart and stubborn minded person.
She's encouraged me since I was university student. Such a wonderful person.

I love to go to Illinois as well as Spoken to see my friends in future smiley - biggrin My Amreican friend is also very nice person.

smiley - ta for saying that my page is nice smiley - laugh
I want to re-edit a little bit smiley - laugh It seems a bit unbalanced.
Well,
How are you, then?
Hope you're fine and enjoy your life smiley - smiley

It's getting colder and colder espeically at night and early in the mornign smiley - blue

Well, Take Care!

Chat soon!
