Once you've got a computer, DEFINATELY buy the Blade Runner game. It's great, it's on budget, and it's very faithful to the film (it was co-produced by the original Blade Runner team).

Right then, another one for the 'must buy' list then...
Blimey. Now that's what I call a long list!
Cheers for the recommendation ; I must confess I've had my eye on that fella for some time now.

Bought it and am currently playing it. I'm stuck, though; the bit with the bomb on DNA row? do I try to save the guy in Dermo Designs (which always seems to result in me being caught in the blast and killed - McCoy just won't run fast enough) or do I leave him to die? I've done the latter, but it seems that I've just run out of leads completely and I'm wandering around with nothing to do. I'm currently backtracking and trying everything I can to find more info before I get to that point. I have accessed the secure info at the Eisenduller murder at Tyrell corp; would this make a difference?
Cheers for the recommendation, BTW; it *is* an excellent game!

Hi Nex! I'm currently reading "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" and I'm going to be studying Bladerunner in-depth for Media Studies. So don't be surprised if I keep bugging you about info on it.
Wandering around without leads is something I spend much of my time doing on Bladerunner. The tricky thing is, it's superbly designed to be open-ended, with 13 different outcomes and lots of different twists. Such as: it's up to you what you do about the bomb on DNA row. It IS possible to save the guy, I think, (I may have done it once) but last time I played it, I let the poor guy die.
If you think you've run out of leads, I reccomend using your photo scanner thingy to check EVERY detail of the photos you have - also, update your clues from the police database. Plus: when you're at the market, I think it is, and there's a shop fairly near the entrance to the arcade that's locked up, try and get in. I don't remember how (very useful of me, I know), but I found a hidden weapons cache under it. Looks like those Reps are up to summat...
Ooh, you've made me want to play it again. Unfortunately, I've never had time to finish it, and every time I restart it it's different!

If you want someone to bug for info who *really* knows their stuff, try Tinkerbell. I can't remember the URL for her page, sorry!
Only problem is, she can't stand BR, having had to study it for ages etc!
I've rescued Moraji, who gives you an interview and then expires, and done the whole weapons cache thing, but I'm not *totally without any clue as to where to go from there. I've wandered around for hours, but there's just nothing new to see or talk to or whatever. I assume that I'm just missing the bleedin' obvious (as I always do playing puzzle-based point'n'clickers).

Thanks for the info on Tinkerbell, I'll check up on her when I return.
Yes, I think you've got the the point where I last lost interest.
