Hi! I just happened to catch youre page and mentioning the Lord of the Rings really caught my attention! It has been a while since I chcked out ay information on the page and what I saw today really impressed me. I think its really possible the movies will do justice to the books.
An article on the books would be really nice. I have searched and surprisingly I havent found anything. Maybe we can help do something about that. I am still fresh ad havent even attempted an article yet. Guess I have cold feet. I would really like to hear from you.

What a great idea for a first entry... If you don't feel quite confident enough to give it a go on your own, I'm sure there are loads of people knocking around here that would leap at the chance to help you out. I would offer myself, but I'm a little snowed-under at the moment what with entry projects unfinished and sub-editing to do... 
Anyhow, let me know what you think - I'll probably be able to direct your way a few people who are total Tolkien buffs, if you so desire.
