Galois entry?

Hi iaconian,
Just dropped you a message on your Spanish Inquisition entry.
I see you're planning a Galois entry, have you seen A679629 in the EG? Were you planning to extend the mathematics in this entry?

Why, no I hadn't! I put that on my 'to do' list absolutely ages ago after reading about about the man himself and deciding he was quite interesting. But if that gap in the guide is already filled thats . I suppose I could go into the maths but my knowledge of it is a bit shaky really.

We're ticking off those entries!
If you were interested in extending it, then Toy Box is probably the man to talk to (although I think the author of that other entry may still be around).

Ah yes, I've been following Toy Box's mathematical entries with interest. But I was planning to stick mostly to the man, really. To be honest, though, it was one of those thins I just stuck on the list so I wouldn't forget about it. I haven't got anything sketched out. Which reminds me: I haven't written an entry for a while. I might get round to one as a revision exercise in the Easter holidays if I can find a suitable topic.
