Hi Gandalf,
just dropped in to tell you that I'm in charge of subbing your rather useful article on brewing beer at home. Congratulations, you've managed to get another article of yours recommended for the edited guide!
However, in the forum to the entry seems to be some disagreement about some ingredients and/or procedures necessary; to clear things up, I've asked the respective researchers to tell me their personal experiences in this truly scientific field of research. So, at this point I'm gathering opinions and I will try to join all the parts to get a single, comprehensive collaborative entry on homebrewing. Perhaps you might have a look at the conversations linked to your article and have your say on them; I could promise you that any additional input will be appreciated.
