I won't spoil the plot point of the finale that I found so... disturbing, but yeah... it might have been difficult for a third grader if she understood what was going on. There was a lot of stories going on, but the only one I remember so well was Hawkeye's story. Others I've mentioned this to didn't seem to think that much of it. Maybe it effected me more simply because I *had* grown up with stoic, affable Hawkeye Pierce laughing in the face of war and tragedy for 11 years being brought low. It was a very memorable performance.

I couldn't tell you the other stories either. It was Hawkeye's experience that stuck with me, too.
