I mean do you have/have you had an account on h2g2 previously?

And yes, there is a page that makes sense. I'm sure I saw it once.

Meanwhile, I suggest you set your preferences to show you the site in the skin called "brunel", and learn to use that. It has the advantage that it works, mostly.

Yes, do try the other older skins, the new bloohootoo is a mess.
Older skins like alabaster and brunel work quite well.

Click on peoples' names and it takes you to their homepage.
See what conversations they are having.
Click on any conversation to read it.
Click reply to join in.

You can see from the URL that inserting the 'dna' bit will retrieve pages

Edit your personal space with some details. Give people a picture of yourself.

You may want to wait a bit on giving a true picture.
But give them something to shout at. Or laugh at.
Make it look like there's somebody home on your page.
