Introducing of Oneself

This is my first attempt at "Self-Introduction". Due to the lack of research in this realm, I fear that this shall be severly lacking in any perceptable structure. As for me: A quick run down should suffice. I currently have a menagerie of life-forms I support. My days are filled with making money, animal upkeep, searching for the deepest TRUTH, and trying my hardest to remember where I left my keys and to roll up my car windows.

I shall now list those who share my life:

TRAPPED in various aquariums of various sizes:
28 fish, 1 loach, 5 frogs total (4 of which I recently acquired from a pool I was attemtping to clean)

TRAPPED in my bathtub (pending preparation of a cracked 55 gallon that everyone tried to either take off my hands or discard when I wasn't looking):
2 box turtles: one was rescued from a pool bug trapper thing, and the other was captured while he out on a pleasant stroll through my back yard during a fine drizzly afternoon. Both are male and they have the lovliest orange nobby legs and spotty heads.

TRAPPED: 4 kittens, all grey and sharp, my poor legs haven't been this scratched up since my nights of "enhanced" wanderings through the soul passages of Pennsylvania.
FREE-TO-ROAM sharers of the home in which I live:

Bobb-a-louie Chapman (28)- aka Robert or Bobby to the layman. Self-employed with his brother as a contractor. They install the new-fangled railings and fencing that are taking hotels and apartments by storm. Will travel outrageous distances if the money is right. His past-times include abusing me in creative ways and denying it, making corny jokes, remaining oblivious to the world and studying up for eternity.
Also has a CD out with the aforementioned brother "Brothers-In-Christ", he mixes and creates beats and is an incredible lyricist. Also is the youth leader of the most diverse, down-and-dirty, annointed, honest, and real church in Atlanta: RESCUE ATLANTA.

April "mamma" Chapman (27)- The lovely and patient wife to Bobb-a-louie. A knockout with knockers! Level, though on occasion motivationally challenged, she has been the ring-leader of the Kitten Crusade, the mother of 2 of the coolest boys to grace this earth, and a lover of all games. Beware: In the event of game play gone wrong, she has this amazing ability to turn wounded losers into pitiful puddles of humanity.

Zachery Chapman (almost 2)- My sidekick and tummy-rubbing, "BAAALLLL" yelling, exercise partner. The kid can figure out anything if it is mechanical and forbidden. Perpetual cleaner-upper and cabinet closer, he has the type of personality that makes you feel like you are just cool for knowing him.

Luke Chapman (5 months)- This little tyke is the latest addition to the Chapman Clan. Elf-boy and sunshine, he is (at long last) begining to overcome the puking affliction.... he goes well with a dry merlot....hates car trips, and has just discovered his feet AND the all important art of Raspberries!

Then there is me: Bible reading receptionist for CIBC Oppenheimer World Markets. No accomplishments to speak of except for managing to land a job where saying "CIBC Oppenheimer" is required in every statement made during working hours. Still, I make pretty good money, especially considering the amount of "me" time I get, and the cool headset is a definite perk. For stats on me read on:

Established 9 months before 11 January 1976, but this is the date I decided upon to reveal myself to the world.

My father is a Peruvian All American Good Ole Boy! (but if he gets a belt buckle that weighs more than him, he is definetly out of the will) The neatest man (though of course I am biased) so from the mouths of all who have known him - except my mother - one of the coolest and loving men, all who know him love him.
My mother, now there's a story, definitely out of touch with reality, but a funny little night owl. She is also the tailor made mom for me, if she could just realize it! Our theme song is Bon Jovi's "Baby you were born to be my baby, and baby I was made to be your mom" That alone says it all. We have a Love-Hate relationship that is easily evident in the first 5 minutes of being in our presence.

I also have an older brother, currently living here in Ga. with the rest of the family, but soon to move to FL. where he can finish destroying the last shreds of his life before he realizes that there is such a thing as Peace and Hope. He's a bit angry right now, but still the boy knows how to laugh!

I was born in Germany and lived my younger years as an Army-brat. Graduated from Landmark Christian High School much to the relief of all the "Teachers". Took a couple of years off to do the usual things that effeciently destroy a persons soul. Mistreated the soul-mate I was blessed with, and was mistreated by the same soul-mate. Ran into the arms of my aunt (mom's only sister). Without a doubt the coolest (and most stressed) person to have ever exsisted. From there to the Navy, from the Navy to Iowa, from Iowa to GA.
Upon arrival in GA, I have lived with ex-school-chum & my closest friend Paula Chapman (and her hubby John) where we got to experience the sharing of Complete Insanity together and I came to know that God IS real!
From there to her mother-in-laws home Cindy Chapman, where I lost my unemployed status by working as her assistant at General Chemical. From there to my parents mini-mansion in Middle-of-Nowhere, Ga. where I got to experience commuting to Atlanta via 3 hour car rides and a job in computers and Y2K prep. Then to a Kecia L.'s home where I lived closer to Paula and John and the new love of my life Noah (currently 1 yr. old), and did family portraits (photography). From there (because the time at Kecia's was UP), I am currently where I am. The dream is to have a place of my own, and to actually set up a web page that will link into all the aspects of my life boring and exciting, past, present, and future, hobbies and unpursued intrests....you get the general idea. Not to mention organizing this mess into a site complete with pix! That's it for now...Thanks Jimmy for hooking me up with this site!
