No, they're very fond of young men -- as long as they work.
There are several there already. Lady C may well want to inspect your stethoscope before you are appointed though.

These old ladies - they don't have problems with their feet do they? I can't do feet.
If not, I may be tempted to set up a surgery. No house calls.

There's a nice big house with grounds running down to the River Vavoom and a surgery annexe just waiting for you. Go across to the map and post in the Estate Office and the Job Centre.
Just think, the girlfriend could move in, you could have a couple of golden retrievers...
