Quite a fulfilling week. Managed to get in three days of cycling. The first day was a ride across the Cheshire plain to the edge of the Peak District and back. The second day was a ride along the Clwydian Range, North Wales. While the third day was a leisurely ride in West Lancastershire.
Went to see the film Johan Hex. It's had some bad reviews, but I found it a rather enjoyable action film, especially the incidental music part banjo country and part rock supplied by Mastodon.

Spamalot

Went to see Spamalot. The rest of the audience enjoyed the show enormously. I found it rather bland, an example of how to join the bots in writing a musical.

Triathlon

Managed to do my second olympic distance triathlon today. It consists of a 10km run, 1.5km swim and finally a 40km cycle. Stated early in the morning 6:15 for an 11 o'clock finish, leaving the rest of the day to recover.
