Ooooooh and how long for this time You always appear to be in and out of favour as often as a fidlers elbow
While spinning the vinyl you could try putting the 'Gay Gordons' on, some of the most denigrating and vociferous here think we should all be dancing to that tune

In nearly 2 years, any appearance was illicit. This time, it was with the offer of the h2g2 staff to join in again. With a few simple and understandable conditions. One might be that I do not call 'Norti' people all sorts of ex-military terms.
I would never do such with the Lady Sho ... She'd whupp my

Militaristic gallows humour and straight talking banned then? Only fluffy, pink, cuddly, liberal thinking permitted? Apparently in some quarters I am regarded as a racist, misogynistic, homophobe because I don't immediately subscribe to their personal brand of swivel-eyed fanaticism.

I have been 'away' for very nearly two years, but I have followed friends and concerns. It is what a mute friend does. You know me, my history and nature and tolerance. And now you sure as heck know the tolerance of the non-ex-military BBC folks and their viewers.
When in doubt, keep it zipped. A simple rule of thumb, my friend. What is acceptable today to one friend might be offensive tomorrow. And that is why this site survives, most 'real' conversations happen aside ... MSN Messenger, FaceBook, e-mails ...
No Sho, I will NOT mention your choice of attire, which might have been discussed, when going to visit Matodemi.

But I'd be up for a Gay Gordon - I love that one.
When I was at school, in our final term, all our games/sport/PT lessons were switched for Ballroom Dancing on account of all the Coming Out Balls we'd be attending...
As a result when I was in the army and occasionally attending balls at the hofficers mess (usually as a 'waiter on') I was very much in demand as the only young lady (often the only lady) who could do any of the classical dancing.

I would offer to join you in a classical dance, but I can't be sure that you have the steel-toed stilleto's that you might need.

Imagines a 1960's skinhead, complete with rolled up jeans, braces and collarless shirt. See Clockwork Orange, you'll get the idea

it's ballgowns, long siilk gloves and tiaras all the way for me. Footwear is either Chucks (summer) or Docs (winter)

And Norti, having seen a number of representations of the Lady Sho, ... There ain't no 60's skin-head happening there.
