The handshake entry's great; I really enjoyed it. Perhaps you could mention the anthropological basis for the handshake, beyond the self-assertion aspect; that is to say, the handshake is a sign that one's hands are empty of weapons, that you trust the recipient of the 'shake enough to commit your right (weapon-bearing) hand and risk not being able to defend oneself.
Also some mention of handshake alternatives peculiar to different cultures or social groups would be good (ie the French and their indiscriminate kissing, the 'mwah-mwah' of posh air-kissing, etc etc).
