The Blues...
2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Started conversation May 15, 2005
noticed on your PS your a fan of the Blues Buddy Guy, Led belly, Albert King, Clapton, I like a whole range myself I even play a bit on teh guitar when I manage to pick the thing up and give it a dust down Listened to an interesting interview/radio documentary on Clapton the other day, thought he was a bit 'hindsight' driven on his view of his 'dark patch' with the dugs and booze, of course as a reformed Drug and alcohol adict, I guess he can only now view that period in his life in that way.... Oh who else do I like?; Derrick and the dominos, BB King (in small amounts), and well, most all of it relaly; I love seeing live groups playing locally; no real big names or anything, but a lot of talleneted people can be found in some of the pub gigs

That is great another Blues lover should have guessed that really from the night hoover song. What is you singing voice like?enough to make a badger weep
Blues gigs are usually good fun and a great atmosphere.I don't play guitar, but like to listen to people who do.
I love all kinds of Blues from contemporary to old grainy twenties blues. It always makes me feel good to listen too it.
Albert King and Robert Cray are two of my favourites

'Enough to make a badger weap' run scremaing from the vacinity mor elike, unfortuantley I've an awful voice, and can't hold in tune with singing I think I'd have gotten more in to playing music and being in bands had I a voice of any worth

well the bath is a good place to practice your singing ,great accoustics and no audience
Night hoover could become a classic cult hit(outside Hootoo as it already is here)
Shouldn't you be working or are you on a break
Gammon for dinner tonight with some cauliflower cheese and baby potatoes

I didn't probably get the balance of work and breakss quite right: i did two hours work, of which, about 30 or 40 mins actual work, the rest was coffee cigarette and H2G2 breaks I'm not that* taken with the job, but I'm going to give it a go hopfully I'll get more into it Not sure what to have for dinner, I've a chicken leg, that I want to have but not that* much else besides, I've a giant leek and some spuds and a couple of carrots onions garlic etc, but don't know as yet what to do

Well I didn't do much better today in many ways But I think I've realised wheere I am going rong, I just ain't putting in the 'effort' anything like what I seem to think I cam, so tomorrow is going to be a lot more effort on my part, to do solid prolongued bits of work and less* breaks, and severely restricted H2G2 time hasd fresh filled pasta from the Farm shop tonight with the chicken leg, roasted the chicken leg after having put various spices on it inlcuding corianda cumin paprica and chilli Had toast for midday lunch with butter and brie

Naa I won't faint Its not like I've not eaten anythign all day, in fact what I had at lunchtime was probably almost enough calories for me all day though I guess I burnt off a fair few extra calories this afternoon Ahhhhaa the computer drivintg licience? I've never done any computer training or studying as such Oh, no I have actually thinking about it, we had some training on a few things when I was at Uni, and of course I lurnt touchtyping and wordproecessing at the local college before I started A levels can't decie what to do about food, I could knowck up a little minced beef with spices chillies and garlic and onion Or I could order out for a take away, but I'm not quite sure I'm hungry enough for a take away Unless, I guess I got somethign take away, that is able to keep half of it for tomorrow or somethign
