Sorry I would put this message on the end of your other conversation, but you guys seem to be doing a bit of male bonding which I didn't want to interrupt.
What's a canuck?
Please enlighten me

Canucks are Canadians. Just like Americans are called Yankees, Australians called Diggers or Aussies, and Russians called (by the politically incorrect) Russkies. Don't be confused, though, we've also got a hockey team called the Canucks. They're in Vancouver, but we won't hold that against them. There are two types of Canadians. Real Canadians who tough out the winters and don't complain about the weather. They're Canucks. Then there are other Canadians, who we generally refer to as "snowbirds" (also the name of our Air Force's flight demonstration team, but let's not confuse the issue) who tend to migrate to warmer climates in the winter.

Ta, but what am I called coming from England?
At the moment we seem to be called Brits, is that what you call us.

Generally, we stick to Brits. Of course, there are a few others that I used to use (ex-military, we just love labels) but not all of them are fit for polite company...
