I don't know if you remember saying back in July 2012 that there was a Carnegie Library in Fratton? I don't suppose you can tell me some more information about it as a request for some information about it has been raised in the article on Carnegie Libraries currently in Peer Review here: F48874?thread=8311834

The building is still there.It's just around the corner from the school I started my teaching career..it's viewable on google maps.I haven't been that way for years but apparently it's still going despite council budgets cuts.It is a beautiful building.
