I'm just off pre-mod as you well know, and your posting today on one thread nearly had me back there again, so please stop it. I wanted to post the following, but stopped only just in time.


1. Was the perpertrator caught 'Ewoking' one out?

2. Is a juggle's hat in any way similar to a wizard's sleeve?

3. Did he get off?

There was so-oo much comic potential in that one.

Talking of comic appeal;

'i asked my fat, lazy misogynistic husband what he wanted for valentines day and he said a sexy blond

so i got him a golden retriever in heat'

That was posted on the Tell us A Joke thread on 14th Feb. 2011. It was the only post by this person between then and the one posted today crowing about yikesing a joke they didn't like. (It will be re-instated, but not one of mine)
It appears this person is hoping the japester is put on pre-mod and is heavily censured for posting a joke they don't like.
It is the same person who started the 'operation' against us on the same thread.

Naughty posting such a sexist and hate filled quip in these PC times don't you think?

Double standards, motes in eyes etc. Not too bad when the BBC ran the site but if people like that hold sway under the new regime it'll be a sad, joyless little place. And pretty much an empty one before long.

That, is my worry.
The killjoys have had a taste of power, and you can see the effect it has had on their puffed up sense of self importance

Putting someone with no sense of humour in charge of the joke thread would be interesting though

This particular world dominator forgot to get allies this time though, and got their ankles slapped in public by an ACE. Should be fun seeing how that is taken
