End of the Millenium
Posted Dec 22, 2000
Well, been awhile since I've penned anything here, so time to do so again, I suppose. Really, I've been writing a lot, but there's just so many sites I'm a part of. If you want to get some sort of a smattering of what I've been up to as the Millenium comes to an end, go to (URL removed by moderator) And don't believe the new Millenium began at the end of 1999. There was no year zero, see. If you want more details, feel free to email me at (email removed by moderator)or if that doesn't work at (email removed by moderator)Happy New Millenium!

Day 63: I am Eaten by Sharks
Posted Sep 1, 2000
Dear Binky the WonderSkull (see http://www.geocities.com/bloodstar84/binky.html),
Well, I'm still here, or back, depending on how one looks at it. I haven't seen nor heard from the dancing slug in ages. Oh well.
Haven't been back all that long. I enjoyed my visit to my family on HandL (see http://www.geocities.com/bloodstar84/handl.html) --hadn't been to my home planet in awhile. I've got to update my listing of the planet too.
I just received something unusual; a marriage proposal by email. I responded with something like "thank you so much for asking me, but at the present time I..." etc. They never got my message. Ends up the person who asked me changed their email. Actually, changed all three of the emails they gave me. You don't think they're trying to tell me something...
Just noticed that the Guide has nothing on...no, better not say it or someone will jump on it. Let's just say it's a character mentioned in Greek myth, written about by Shakespeare, and popularized in two action adventure shows. Considering the research I did (original according to an Earth professor who studies such things), I just might put in an entry...
Well, think I'll go now. Oh, by the way, why is this entry called I am eaten by sharks? It's a semi-obscure reference (let's see if anyone recognizes it), and is sure to grab attention....
BITTEN BY A SHARK
Actually, a good friend of mine was once bitten by a shark. A dead one. True story--the bones of a shark's jaw were hanging on the wall, and he put his hand into the mouth just to see how big it was, when suddenly it fell off (the jaw, not his hand) and bit him. Trust is stranger....
Well, I won't be a stranger, but gotta go back into space for a bit. I'll add to this when I get back. Bye!

Day 7: I was in Five Busiest Forums!
Posted Jul 8, 2000
All right it's day 7 of my time here and things are looking up. The slug I saw turned out to be very friendly, and we're going dancing this Saturday. Well, not so much dancing, more sliding, I guess. After all, we're talking slug here.
Actually, I have an addition to Day 1. Twelve hours after I signed on, my site was listed as one of the Five Busiest Forums! My question is: how? I'm researcher 142152; there's a lot of people here, I was here only 12 hours; how could I possibly get that busy that fast? Probably an endocrin problem, or a necessary adjustment to the pineal gland. Have to get that fixed soon.
Anyway, I'm planning a visit to Earth very soon, and am looking to berth my ship, the StarShip Lorelei, in H2G2 Space Centre at http://www.h2g2.com/F35868. As Ozgood z'Beard says, "have a day."

Day 1
Posted Jul 1, 2000
Dear Binky the WonderSkull,
It's Day 1 of my being on this goddess-forsaken site. By the calendar of Julie or Greg or some ape or other, it's 1st of July 2000. Whatever. I'd like to say I met some interesting people, but I haven't met anybody yet. I did see a slug, but it wasn't very friendly. If anything interesting happens, I'll let you know. Maybe. Actually, if anything interesting does happen, you won't hear from me for awhile because I'll be off doing something interesting instead of sitting here making stupid journal entries written to a bloody skull! Okay, sorry about that. You aren't bloody. They cleaned you quite well. Good day.
