Greetings, and welcome to H2G2!
I'm Phoenix. I saw that you were new around here and thought I'd come by and start a welcome commitee. 
Ya know? Those helicopers sorta get on my nerves too. What I really hate though is the police that like to play with their sirens at night. Turn 'em on, turn 'em off, turn 'em on, turn 'em off. Leave 'em off for 2 - 5 minutes. Repeat.

Yeah, I'll take the police over the DEA anyday. I actually prefer to be rid of them both.
