I was a vegetarian for a year myself...however, I'm not particularly fond of vegetables, and I love meat, so it proved way too difficult for me to maintain. I've been working for the University for 10 years now. About every 2 or 3 years I get sick of it all and start looking for a job elsewhere. One of these days I'll actually find another job before the "sick of it all" wears off!
