Some personal stuff
This is to pass on a bit of info about me so that other users will have an idea of who and what they are dealing with. I am 67 and have been retired for seven years, when I worked it was in the marketing section of a minor pharmaceutical firm. Since retiring I do a bit of fishing, have an allotment, carve wood, am trying to learn how to draw so that the woodcarvings look like they are meant to, do the odd crossword and read mostly lightweight literature.
I have a wife and five children, two daughters and a son and seven grand children. Our youngest has recently moved back in with us so we have a 32 year old squatter for the foreseeable future.
I used to think that organised religion is probably the greatest evil that the world has ever faced but looking at the worst excesses of Islam, perhaps non-organised religions are just as bad.
