The Dybbuk
My research on this topic is admittedly sparse, but apparently in Jewish or Yiddish folklore, the dybbuk was a malevolent spirit which returned to the dead to torment people. It was able to possess others and do all sorts of nasty things.
I came across the term in "Suicide Squad", an old comic book put out by DC. In this comic, the Dybbuk was an artificial intelligence created by an Israeli intelligence agency. I liked the name a lot, and have been using it as a handle ever since.
I am not a real dybbuk, and am not sure I would get much pleasure out of tormenting people from beyond the grave.
