Nothing so here!
Easter egg from the boss was appreciated but I'm waiting until I've had a blood test to eat it

*and now considers reaping(at least somewhat)a windfall of sorts...will it be the-French-Pralus 100% Criollo-from Madagascar?...or the-also French-75% Ceylon, from/made by Bonnat? Or...the 72% -American-Vosges Creole bar(with New Orleans-style Chicory , Sao Thome & cocoa nibs) Perhaps the other American, the Askinosie 70% San Jose Del Tambo(from Equador) bar? Or Canadian Galerie au Chocolat 72% Fleur de Sel(with sea salt)? Or from geographically closest to home-so likely freshest, a Le Chocolatier Dark Espresso bar(yes, with ground coffee beans).? Decisions, decisions... *

Indeed I've not seen Bonnat over here in ages. How did you come upon this stash?
Recently I sampled Lindt Orange Intense which was ok. It contains fruit pieces but would be better with the almond pieces I think...

The 'stash'-so to speak-wassomewhat of a parting gift(purchase actually) from local chocolatier Kerstin Roos, who imported Italian, French, Austrian, German(although I hadn't noticed any Coppeneur in awhile) & American . She's now closed her shop and due to family matters will be moving to Germany in the fall. She, hubby Cyrus & their 2 children are currently I believe in Mexico as part of an ongoing trip to various chocolate producing regions, etc. They're making regular blog entries & posting photos in/on their blog(click on 'News & Blog' on the website - they actually met/visited with Stephane Bonnat this past November while in France.

I should have said 'the stash, in part...'. The Galerie au Chocolat & Le Chocolatier were purchased elsewhere as part of my rather insatiable/ongoing aquisitiions. So yes fortunately I do have some options, despite the closure of Kerstin's.
