The knife is very practical, thank you for asking, but if I stick it in my belt it cuts my anorak, and if I put it in the pocket, it will scratch the beautiful golden spoon. I'll just go and cut a piece of Pterry leather to make a sheath ... but how will i stitch it? (Not sure if I want my Mum again. On balance, maybe not).

A lesson from the island:

Give someone a fish, and you feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, and you have fed them for life.
So maybe Marshall FC could give a lesson. A stout (leather-piercing) needle, and a piece of leather in palm of hand (to push needle) would also be good. I'll set up the "straight" line.
