FordsTowel

Hi, Frag.
I was just enjoying following the links through the FTG process. I found it very amusing, if disturbingly familiar. I've seen the random story thingy done with dice and picking numbers out of the air, but rarely as thoroughly fun as the FTG.
So, when I decided to figure out where it came from, I was surprised and pleased to find that the work was attributable to a writer with such a track record; as well as the author of my current favorite review.
You may remember my recent kudos on the Barbarella analysis.
I hope the job thing works out and that you are still having fun in NYC.
BTW: I got me a pretty good fairytale plot with four elements (one repeated, but it works!)

Fragilis - h2g2 Cured My Tabular Obsession

Hey there, FordsTowel. I was very busy indeed at h2g2, but it was admittedly a long time ago. These days I just stop by now and again to tend my entries like an old gardener.

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed the FTG. It was a lot of fun to research and design. Now I enjoy reading new fairy tells with the FTG in mind.

I'm doing okay in NYC. I'm now employed as an audiovisual specialist (an IT person with a long title) at a large law firm. I also have a boyfriend of four months who's cute, fun, and does me a lot of good.

I still don't seem to have the energy I did back when I was writing all this stuff for the general public, though. Ah, well. I'm satisfied that I struck while the iron was hot.

Anyway, thanks for the kind words. It's people like you who make it likely I'll come back and contribute more if my spirit someday returns.
