...by discovering an easy way to do something in Outlook, at w*rk, and then sharing.
Managed to do it twice, so far.
The first one got a few thank-you-replies, especially from those who find themselves repeating the same phrases over and over again in mail reples.
The second one was how to easily turn a mail in your inbox into an appointment in your calendar.
14 thank you replies so far, one in person hearty thank you, and one who treatened to hug me when I came across him in the printer room.
And a person from our IT department cheering me on for each tip I share.

I might... but that'll have to wait until Monday, didn't bring my w*rk laptop home, and got a minimum of M$ stuff on my home computer.

There is a thread in Ask that's mostly about useful tips for (mostly) computer related tasks. It's gotten a bit dusty, but maybe your tips might reinvigorate it.
