today is the big day, last day of work, so i'll start rubbing in exactly four hours and forty five minutes. it's weird, though, i got it wet two days ago, and that seemed to clean it quite nicely (and unwantedly). oh well, i might throw a little wax in, just to keep things sticky. acctually, i think i'll go on break now and check to see if i can find any beeswax.

well, it's been like four days now, i still haven't washed my hair, but it doesn't feel yucky yet. a few more days and i'll start rubbing them up. it seems like a lot longer since i started, but what ever. not much else to say now..

okay, i just did some looking, and no one seems to have anything on dreadlocks. that isn't acctually true, there was a submitted article about shiva, who has dreads, and that's it. well well, thinks i. i just started growning in dreads, and while i've done it before, so there won't be too many surprises, i figured i would chronicle the event.
yesterday i stopped washing my hair. i had planned to stop today, but yesterday i ran out of shampoo, so it seemed conveient. my hair had to look respectable today cos i was working, but starting tomorrow while i'm at church, i'll make a concentrated effort to handle it a lot. the fun begins.

i'm begining to catch on to this scene. the only thing is i never proof read any thing i submit, so i always end up having to re-edit, which sucks. oh well.
