h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've been asked over on the Get Your Programmes Here forum (http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F76594?thread=146309)to convert my bit about the CIA / Chi Nat terrorist / drug running operation war thingy. I don't suppose you'd be interested in helping me on that? I'm a bit of a Red and that often comes across as being Anti-American (which i'm not - honest!) so i'm figuring that it could turn out more balanced if i had a couple of others chipping in. Or we might cancel each other out and it ends up flat, boring and contentless. I always try to be objective with these things - hence i use US government documents wherever possible to make my arguments. I'd like some kind of angle on the way the CIA are an anti-American organisation (which is my opinion) that they betray the constitution, congress, US law and the will and beliefs of the American People. I am not in a position to comment on that really, as i don't know enough about US culture - not being an American. Obviously i don't know what you feel on this matter. Particularly if you know what capacities any of the people in my article now hold in the US government. Would you be interested? Is it a subject you know anything about? I am limited to a few (now very rare) books and documents, so any additional info would be constructive. And where does what i posted origonally fall down? What needs fleshing out, explaining, expanding? I posted other 'rants' about the CIA terrorism before the WTC incident on the What's wrong with Americans forum - particularly postings 355 / 389 / 411 / 442 / 443 / 454.
