I read the recipe you posted, and am intrigued - I'd like to make it at home, as I don't expect to be able to get Oatcakes in the supermarket any time soon. But what is "fine" oatmeal? As far as I know, here in New England, we can get oat flour, oat meal, instant oatmeal (which I think is precooked), and oat berries (also known as oat groats, or whole oats). Is fine oatmeal some grade between oat flour and oat meal, or is it oat flour?
