I've got a "husband-in-law" who used to love winter racing back when he was in the Airforce. Seems he spent most of his service time in Ancorage.He says he always preferred Honda Civics.

These weren't major races or anything of that nature, and me being from the sunny southeastern US, I figured he was just nuts!!!!....Who the h**l would want to race a Civic....in the snow, no less!!!LOL

Doesn't sound like a great place for a "Tailgate Party"!

I don't care for "Roundy-Round" racing too much anymore anyway! I prefer two lanes in a straight line!!!!(as long as I'm not driving!!!)

I like playing up there in the winter but after a couple of weeks its time to return, but I piss off everyone on my side of the office because I am aclimatized to absurdly cold temps for about a month
