Groinhammer
A (very) minor diety from the Halls of Asgard, Groinhammer is the god of Clearing Up The Mess Of Others. Credulous by nature, Groinhammer is often sucked into championing stupid or pointless causes (see: New Labour), which often end in disaster (see: T Blair, G Brown, Northern Rock, PFI et al). Prayers to Groinhammer most often take the form of questions such as "Well, who's going to sort this bloody mess out?", or "I told him this would happen, but would he listen?".
