No, I imaginer not. you'll have to pay the full-price, completely brand new cost of a passport then...which may well be about £80.
The alternative is to pose as an attractive Eastern European girl and pay a visit to the immigration centre in Croydon. Not only will you get a passport, you'll get free sex into the bargain!
