You haven't been around for sometime.
There are a lot of things that are coming out now...because of stuff you may nor know about.
I *reckon* there'll be bits of fire on and off for some time. Minor blazes. I don't think all or nothing works. Issues need to unwind..and people need to feel safe to do that..
But the *main* aim is getting this thing to work. I certainly want that 100%.
We need to build on those of us who committed..and to bring in fresh blood.
(But Roy don't try to dis all emotional baggage in the first week..when you haven't been involved much for so long. Gisa break mon...as my Glaswegian mate would say.
I'm totally delighted you're back 
though.)
