Whenever I see your tag, and one of the 2 Rs I get a little bit happy cause it was me what labeled yo and RF as that, wasn't it? When we were talking about the in crowd.

How's life treating you?

I wondered where it came from! I vaguely remember the conversation but wasn't sure if I was one of the two Rs or not - a few months back RF confirmed that I was We were in, of all places, a drinking establishment.

Life isn't treating me too bad at the moment. Work sucks, no sex life and little musical creative output but, despite all that, I'm quite chipper. I think the imminent arrival of summer and its associated pharmaceutical weekends, sorry, 'festivals', has cheered me up!

(I'll knock it on the head when I'm 40...)

(Yes, I did say something similar about 30 when I was 25)

How are you?

I'm not too bad, looking forwards to sleeping for 2 weeks. Specially looking forwards to seeing the Goo Goo Dolls again, in July. Call me a rubbish lesbian if you will, but who wouldn't do Johnny Rzeznik

And you can never stop the music! Music has to live forever, and you just know you'll still be going to Glastonbury when you're 96 and you'll be whacking all the young hippies around the ankles with your cane and picking up 19yr olds to "look after" behind the tents

That's the thing that gets me with Glasto: there are young chaps with their shirts off who are bleedin' scrummy but, when I was of their age, I wasn't out!

Mind you, I've had a few good nights with them since (you know the saying that the difference between a straight man and a gay curious man is four pints? Not quite true. It's four pints and a gramme...)

I hadn't heard that saying, but it makes a lot of sense. It stands to reason that gay people should be better in bed - after all, no woman can know a man's equipment just as a man can. Likewise with a man - I've not yet known a girl to have trouble finding the right place
