I've a plethora of soft synths, but a paucity of decent pianos. I'll see if I can whack some DLLs in an email.

Yep, the Fannit meet is definitely a goer. I'm probably going down (smiley - tongueout) on the Thursday - I need to hook up with the folks.

Well the piano would be nice; But really just any 'real sounding' instruments, weather brass or strings... I seems to alreayd have quite a few niceish synth sounding doobrys on a couple of VSTs (DXi softsynths) smiley - erm Actually I'm well impressed with meself for how quickly I got it all working smiley - wow : I got the new keyboard thinggy, then had a look in sonars help thinggy... gave up on the writing which was appaulingly written help things, and just went in sonar and played about and the thing worked smiley - coolsmiley - ermsmiley - weird I downloaded a couple of free synths from da net but there only as good as they Is I guess smiley - ermsmiley - weird I relaly oughta get my head round the beer meet thing, where is it anyhow? smiley - bigeyes Well I had a hunt about and found a few free VST/DXi softsynths, and just registerd them on the system with the VST host thinggy in Sonar smiley - erm Got a bit of a shock; when it registers new VST doobrtys it brings up a big long list at the end of all teh registered VST's on the system that ahve been registered before plus the ones you've just registered... 218 of them smiley - yikessmiley - erm I swear I don't think I've even used half of them smiley - laughsmiley - erm now I shall try out the new softsynths and see waht they're like; the vast vast majority of the other VSTS are effects for audio, amp sims and delays and such like smiley - ermsmiley - weirdsmiley - run
