My colours, meanwhile, remain tucked away and not nailed to any mast, relatively speaking. This is a situation which I'm in the process of rectifying, but taking it nice and easy. I don't know if you've read many of my posts on 'Moral Majority', but it's certainly something I feel passionately about (and, well, there are enough clues as to my persuasion for the careful reader) Anyway, just thought I should pop around and show my support and respect

Thanks for popping over. I only came across the 'Moral' (ahem) thread again because I was using the 'Info' page during the minus posting shenanigans and couldn't avoid jumping in. I think I'll avoid it again for a while though - I've been getting a bit full on and it's crept into my postings elsewhere on HooToo. Not good.

I never hide my sexuality anymore, possibly as a result of missing out on so much during my twenties. If a question pops up about girls etc (either here or in RL) I'll generally mention that 'I'm not into girls.' It's very rare that the conversation stops there!

Yeah, 'Moral Majority' is a bit of a circus. I'm tempted to follow up Heathen Sceptic's post with my own similar one but I probably won't.

I admire you for never hiding who you are. I always promised myself I'd never lie to anyone who asked me directly, which of course hardly ever happens - people are so uninquisitive! But then recently, during a drunken Truth or Dare game, one of my least favourite friends [at the time, anyway], and a bigot to boot, asked me "Have you ever questioned you sexuality?" I replied with a blatant "No!"

Of course, it's generally easier for me - as I like girls, people will just assume I'm straight and it's then only a lie by omission on my part: [Couple walk by] "Phwoar she's not bad!" says mate/colleague. "Mmmm yeah" I reply. Meanwhile I'm thinking about her boyfriend...
