The ones I find most annoying are things like "The Best of The Boomtown Rats & Bob Geldof" or "The Best of Bryan Ferry/Roxy Music". Where do you file those? By solo artist or by band name?
Don't these record companies ever *think* before issuing these CDs?

Think I only own two various artists CDs, three actually (just checked in my spreadsheet) 
Dunno why but I've never gone for various artist CDs in a big way Perhaps, subconsciously because I know I'd have difficulty in filing them with the other CDs
