So, what have I been up to? Why have I been posting an average of one post per day for the last week? I don't know.

What I *do* know is this:

I bought the Dr Who season 2 box set last week. It's good, and you get to hear the middle eight without a ghastly continuity dude (or dudette) prattling on about The National Lottery all over it.

Within the last five minutes I knocked the be-cased banjo over and spilled a glass of Guinness.

I've decided to donate the pooey elctonic drumkit to an appropriate local yoof charitable thingy.

As my job frequently involves pootling around London an public transport and occasionally having a coffee and/or full english, I'm going to start doing cafe reviews on my LiveJournal. Possibly.

I was going to see Casino Royal last Thursday but, as there was a huge queueueueue at the Camden Odeon, my mate and I walked straight past and onwards to The Dublin Castle, where we enjoyed four bands. The first were great, the second were greater, the third were, alas, American and the last bunch were good but thoroughly up themselves in a 'We want to be Franz Ferdinand, Talking Heads *and* Fischerspooner*' way. Fortunately we were thoroughly Sam Miguelled & Tequilad by that point so enjoyed them anyway. I really thought we'd be asked to stop dancing on the sofa.

BBC4's sci-fi season is rather good innit!
